DISCOVERY NEW ZEALAND

New Zealand is internationally known as an English speaking paradise of the Pacific.

Its landscapes are very diverse – ranging from golden sandy beaches to snow peaked mountains; from sophisticated cosmopolitan cities to pristine green countryside beside fantastically beautiful lakes.

New Zealand has been ranked amongst the five best countries in the world, in terms of general life quality. According to the Mercer International Ranking 2008 Survey, Auckland is the 5th best city in the world and the 1st in the Pacific and Asia.

In population terms, New Zealand has about 4.3 million. Auckland, the City of Sails, is our largest city, with 1.4 million, followed by Christchurch (400.000), the Garden City of New Zealand, also considered the most English city outside England. Thirdly, our capital city, Wellington (350.000), which is beautiful, arty and full of character.

We believe New Zealand is a fantastic destination for study and for travel, and this is confirmed by the many happy students we currently have and the many others that have studied and travelled around our country in the past.
